Social Services

GUIDANCE & SUPPORT

We believe in a resident-centered approach, starting with a warm welcome and comfortable relationship with residents and family members at the time of admission, and assisting with the adjustments of entering a care facility. 

Our Social Services team coordinates admission and discharge plans, and works as a liaison and advocate for the resident and family by providing help with information and support, and assistance in navigating financial, social and emotional needs.
