We’re a five-star rated facility, with top scores for nursing care and staffing practices. With our resident-centered approach, we offer balanced, comprehensive care that adjusts to the changing needs of residents, from moderate assistance to critical medical supervision.
• SKILLED NURSING CARE
We provide around-the-clock skilled nursing care and medical supervision for those who have severe disability and functional deficiency but who do not require the resources of an acute care hospital.
• INTERMEDIATE CARE
We provide a moderate amount of nursing assistance to those who are unable to fully carry out activities of daily living and need professional nursing supervision.
• PERSONAL CARE
A quarterly care plan is developed to ensure that each resident’s needs are addressed. We encourage residents and their families to participate in developing and updating this plan of care, together with the interdisciplinary team.
